Follow the arrows to push the movable block A in the indicated direction, then, without releasing, rotate the weight block 45° in the direction shown by the arrow to remove it.
Increasing Weight:
Align the weight block with the main body in the direction indicated at a 45° angle as illustrated. Rotate it into place until the latch automatically resets as indicated by the arrow.
